The family goes wild...Disney's Animal Kingdom Wild.

Last Wednesday we bought our Disney Seasonal passes (whoo...$400 in one fell swoop) and took the family to Animal Kingdom. It was a perfect day, a little humid, but we were all together. And it wasn't too hot either. Well, still hot enough to remind us why we usually hate Florida.

We took the kids first off over to Dino land. We all road Triceratops spin. Fox slept thru the ride while in the baby carrier. Chloe loved the ride!! She and Daddy went waaaaay up on their dino.

She didn't like that first bump that gets the ride started. But soon she was all giggles and looking around.

I'm thinkin' she looks pretty darned pleased with herself.

Chloe gives Daddy a BIG kiss thanks for going on the rides with her.
After riding the ride 2 or 3 times, we went over to where the games are and played a skeeball game where you can win prizes. Fitting that the game was throwing a ball into a hole to make your Mammoth move forward, and the prize we were playing for was a red frog. Chloe loves her frogs...or ribbit ribbits as she calls 'em.

She wasn't about to let her froggy go.

We promised Chloe to take her on the train. AK has a train that takes you over to Rafiki's Jungle Watch and the Conservation Station. We wanted to go to the petting zoo! Chloe had been before, but it had been a year. Here she is waiting at the station.

The last time she was at Disney was for her 1st birthday. She enjoyed the train.

She met a little girl from the UK. They'd bang on the benches and they went dashing about the animal yard

She looks into the area with the animals.

Chloe would pet the goats now and then. Then dash off full tilt. I kinda was expecting her to be afraid of them...but I keep forgetting she's totally fearless.

We played with the animals for a long time. I was amazed and pleased at how gentle she was with the animals. She never patted them too hard, she never tried to kick one. A sweet, sweet girl.

I think I hear a heart beat.

Does it bite?

Too cute.

The end of a perfect day and 3 seconds after we got her strapped into the car seat for the ride home. Zzzzzzzzz.
